Returns

According to distance selling regulations you have the right to return an item within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. This period begins after you've received your order. Before returning an item you have to contact Gamewalhalla concerning this matter.

Before returning an item there are a few conditions:


Time frame
If you want to return an item you have to inform Gamewalhalla about this within 14 calendar days after receiving your order. Beyond this period the purchase is final and returns will no longer be accepted.


New games
The specialty of Gamewalhalla lies in second hand games. In exceptional cases it may happen that there are new games for sale. The return of these games is only accepted if they are still sealed in their original packaging. Breaking the seal obliges you to purchase the game. In this case Gamewalhalla will no longer accept a return. The costs to return the items will be paid by the buyer.


Used games - consoles - accessories
Gamewalhalla doesn't accept returns for used hand games, consoles and accessories.

Nevertheless Gamewalhalla offers a 7 calendar days warranty on all used games, consoles and accessories. In the exceptional case where your item shows a defect within 7 calender days after receiving it, after you've returned your order your purchasing price will be completely refunded including the costs to return your order. Gamewalhalla may also opt to replace your item completely free of charge.
